Terms of service
Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms cover use of this website. Paid engagements are governed by a signed statement of work and master services agreement, which take precedence.
1. Use of this site
You may read, print and share the content here for your own business purposes. You may not scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission.
2. Nothing here is a quotation
Prices, rates and timelines on this site are indicative and given in good faith to help you budget. A binding price exists only in a signed statement of work.
3. Nothing here is professional advice
Our articles describe what worked in specific situations. They are not advice for your circumstances, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of blog content alone. Ask us and we will advise you properly.
4. Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support commitments in your SLA apply to your services, not to this marketing site.
5. Intellectual property
The Convera Solutions name, logo and site content are ours. In client engagements, work product transfers to you on payment — including source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation — as set out in your agreement. We retain rights only to pre-existing tooling and generic know-how.
6. Enquiries and applications
Submitting a form creates no contract and no obligation on either side. Do not send confidential information through this website; ask us for an NDA and a secure channel first. Anything you send unsolicited is treated as non-confidential.
7. Standard commercial terms
- Invoicing is monthly in arrears, payable within 14 days.
- Time-and-materials engagements are capped at the figure in the statement of work; we stop and re-agree before exceeding it.
- Either party may end a retainer or managed service with 30 days' written notice.
- On termination we hand over all work product, credentials and documentation, and revoke our own access within five working days.
- Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months, save where law does not permit limitation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Karachi having exclusive jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise.
